Lake Vouglans is a reservoir.
Its 35km long and 1km wide, for 1600 hectares and 605 million m³ of water, make it the third largest artificial reservoir in France.

Lake Clairvaux
Of glacial origin so natural, the lake of Clairvaux occupies a retreat that cuts the Jura plateau. It is a body of water with an area of about 56ha and a maximum depth of 20m.

Lake Chalain
Lake Chalain is, with its 232 hectares, the largest natural lake in the Jura. Its limestone cliffs 60 to 80m high frame the body of water measuring nearly 3km long, more than 1km wide, with a maximum depth of more than 30m.

Le Lac d'Illay
Ilay Lake is a natural lake of glacial origin with a very wild appearance, very elongated in shape, covering an area of 72 hectares and an average depth of 10m (maximum depth of 32m).

Lake Bonlieu
Of glacial origin as Clairvaux and Illay lakes, Lake Bonlieu is a much smaller lake, with an area of about 17ha,
whose depth reaches 15m maximum.
It is a beautiful, quiet site, where swimming and motorization are strictly prohibited.

Lac des Rousses
Lake Rousses is a mountain lake of about 100 hectares, located at 1000m above sea level, upstream of a beautiful valley that leads to the country of Switzerland.
Motorization is prohibited.

Its depth is on average 10m, with a maximum depth of 21m.

The Etang Neuf (in Bersaillin)
The pond nine is a private water of 5ha, dedicated to fishing carp, with posts and arranged in the middle of the Jura forest in a beautiful natural setting.
It is populated by mirror carp, common carps, koi carp, white loves and silver loves over 20 kilos!
Tables, barbecues and dry toilets are at your disposal during the stay, as well as a cottage in bad weather.
